| Holliday Pigments’ Managing Director, Glyn Jagger, has been given the dual responsibility of Director of Operations Europe at parent company, Rockwood Pigments.
The announcement comes one year on from the €46M buy-out which saw US-based Rockwood Pigments acquire the world’s leading supplier of ultramarine blue from Holliday Pigments’ former parent company, Yule Catto.
In his new role as Rockwood’s Director of Operations Europe, Glyn is drawing on his extensive manufacturing and supply chain experience to manage regional procurement activities, including sales and operations planning and inventory management. As well as overseeing general operations, he is specifically focusing on driving Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) initiatives, working alongside regional SHE representation. Glyn will conduct these and his ongoing duties as Managing Director of Holliday Pigments’ global operations from the company’s Comines headquarters in Northern France.
