Further supporting its global expansion, Holliday Pigments - the world’s number one manufacturer of ultramarine blue pigments - has brought on board Martin Elliott as regional sales and marketing manager, covering the Middle East, Indian sub continent and Latin America.
During a career spanning over 30 years Martin has gained vast experience in technical export sales and distribution for various petrochemical related industries, including Yorkshire Chemicals and Clariant, where he worked with chemical treatments, pigments and dyes. As a graduate in Leather Science & Technology, however, Martin has naturally specialised in applications to the leather and textiles industries - most recently with TFL (Together for Leather) as a business consultant working across India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
”We welcome Martin to the team and anticipate him taking a key role in developing the business overseas,” says sales and marketing director, Steve Bell. “We are particularly keen to expand into the leather and textiles industries and look forward to tapping into Martin’s expertise in this area, as well as nurturing our presence in existing markets.”
As regional sales and marketing manager Martin will be overseeing distribution of the company’s trademark Ultramarine TR and Artizan Deko ranges as well as its newly launched Premier BC collection, certified for severely demanding food contact applications.
